CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
In summary, the soil conditions near the percolation tests appear to be suitable for use
with a standard septic system. Satisfactory soil percolation rates of 13.2 minutes per
inch (mpi; Parcel 1), 35.7 mpi (Parcel 2), 4.2 mpi (Parcel 3), and 35.7 mpi (Parcel 4)
were observed. No new construction is proposed.
The depth of ground water based on recent aquifer levels is approximately 90 to 130
feet below the ground surface. The ground water flow direction is to the northwest at a
rate of approximately 8 to 12 feet per mile.
Both on-site domestic water wells were tested for nitrate and DBCP. Results of the
testing will be forwarded once they are received from the laboratory.
We believe the Site suitable for development with the use of standard septic systems
utilizing [each lines and seepage pits.
4 !
LOGE1030 Page 6
