The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in a fifty <br /> (50) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Thalheim Colony road to the property line across <br /> the parcel's frontage. (A$350.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title <br /> 1 Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be <br /> offered for dedication.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 4. The frontage improvements for Thalheim Colony road shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way rural residential street. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan. (A$410.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title <br /> Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage <br /> improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval. As an option, the Department of Public Works will <br /> prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of$175.00.) The developer shall prepare and record an agreement for notice to future owners for <br /> maintenance of the private road by the owners and shall be noticed by a statement on <br /> Site/ParceUFinal map.
