All material will be processed at an existing facility located <br /> approximately two (2) miles west of the proposed quarry site. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, minimum 40-acres) and the General Plan Designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the west side of Henry Road, approximately 500 feet south of Hall <br /> Avenue, Escalon (APN/Address: 249-050-17; 22469 S. Henry Road, Escalon) (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study <br /> and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than August 18, 2004.
