The depth of the July well is reported to be <br /> 300 feet(100 feet to the grout seal), and the well is depicted to the southeast of the existing shop. <br /> The August permit does not list well depth or show the location of the well with respect to the <br /> shop building;we believe this permit likely refers to the agricultural well located to the west of <br /> L the shop building. <br /> During the November 19' interview,Mr. DeRousse indicated that he has not had any problems <br /> Lwith his two wells. The locations of the wells are indicated in Plate 1. <br /> No ground water was encountered by the staff of Neil O. Anderson&Associates, Inc. during <br /> L <br /> drilling to a depth of 21.81 feet on November 13,2003. <br /> 4.3 Potential Ground Water Contamination Issues <br /> LNo existing or potential ground water contamination issues from underground storage tanks or <br /> other known sources were identified during database and file review conducted in conjunction <br /> L with the SSSCR(NOA Environmental,2003). <br /> 4.4 Water Sample Location <br /> 6- Three water samples were collected from the faucet of the on-site water well on November 14, <br /> 2003 by David Welch of our office. The location of the well is indicated in Plate 1. <br /> i <br /> 4.5 Sample Collection,Handling, and Transportation <br /> The samples were collected in a sterile plastic container, then decanted into clean, glass vials. <br /> The samples were then transported on ice and immediately remanded under chain of custody to <br /> Precision Enviro-Tech, Stockton.
