ETAL <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. .PA-0700223 was approved by the Sari Joaquin County <br /> Community.Development Department on July 31,2007,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> j Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a r <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on January 29, 2009, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment as shown on the site plan dated <br /> May 8, 2007. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be <br /> recordedrior t <br /> p o conveyance of property through deeds by the owner: Legal descriptions of <br /> the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c.
