Oro Ave. <br /> 0910-En route with HM-1. <br /> 0930-On scene. Observed large pile of oil-soaked absorbent in gutter and 25-gallon drum with <br /> waste oil in the driveway of a residence at 19 S.Oro Ave. <br /> 0940-Requested background information about this incident from Public Works. Advised SFD <br /> Dispatch left a message about the oil-soaked absorbent and drum of oil on the Public Works <br /> answering machine on 11/23/02 at 0858. Public Works notified OES at 0830 on 11/25/02. <br /> 0950-Requested background information about this incident from SFD Dispatch. SFD Dispatch <br /> advised SFD initial response was on 11/22/02 at 2121 at which time absorbent was applied to the oil <br /> spill and then left until SFD came back to the site on 11/23/02 at 0830. <br /> 1000-Requested Environmental Health response for waste oil drum at the residence. <br /> 1015 -Request HM-2 response. <br /> 1020-Environmental Health Officer Ray von Flue arrived. <br /> 1040-HM-2 arrived.
