The property is depicted as approximately 65 feet above mean sea level and sloping down to the west at a rate of approximately ten feet per mile. Surrounding land is rural with scattered residences. L2.4 Interviews i An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject property L from the property owner or key site manager of the property. An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed by Mr. John Blomberg, owner of the subject property, on December 1,2005. A copy of his responses has been included in this report a ppendix E r In his responses to the questionnaire,Mr. Blomberg indicated that he acquired the property in 1989. To the best of his knowledge, the residences were built in 1976 and in 1990-1991,and a shop and hay rw him were built in 1977 or 1978. LThe site is currently under lease to the neighbor and has currently planted soybeans on half of it. 3.0 PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION L �.1� Research Methods NOA employs a standard practice for review of database information. The subject property was not listed on any of these databases,and no addresses within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on the databases.
