(DISTRICT 3). <br /> APPLICANT: Glenn Burgin APN: 131-400-04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. The 100 year Flood Elevation will be approximately seven feet NGVD. <br /> Holt Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3.
