Howard Road, Stockton <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. Submit a manure management plan to the Environmental Health Division for <br /> review and approval. The plan must include the following: <br /> 1 . Weekly handling of manure so as not to cause an odor or a vector <br /> nuisance. <br /> 2. Daily removal of dead birds and correct storage until final disposition. <br /> 3. Correct feed handling procedures so as not to cause a vector nuisance. <br /> 4. All bird water devices shall be maintained in order to prevent a vector <br /> nuisance. <br /> 5. Provide vector proofing for the bird houses. <br /> 6. The number of birds raised on this parcel shall not exceed an amount <br /> which would preclude good waste management practices. <br /> b.
