CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PA -1100225 <br />STEVEN KAISER <br />Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA -1100225 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br />Community Development Department on December 30, 2011, which is the effective date of approval. <br />This approval will expire on June 30, 2013, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br />unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br />required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br />Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br />Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br />1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: John Funderburg, <br />468-3160) <br />a) APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on <br />the revised site plan dated December 29, 2011. <br />b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be <br />recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of <br />the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyoes Division for review and <br />forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br />prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br />Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor_ <br />(Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br />c) PROPERTY LINE SETBACK: <br />The proposed new property line for Parcel One shall meet the side yard setback <br />requirements for the AG -80 zoning designation (General Agriculture, 80 -acre <br />minimum) for non-agricultural and agricultural structures.
