A licensed <br /> architect or registered engineer shall prepare all documents. <br /> 2) Exterior wall less than ten feet from the property line shall be of 1 hour fire- <br /> resistive construction. Openings will not be permitted less than 5 feet and <br /> protected less than 10 feet. <br /> 3) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance.
