CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />LA -01-86 <br />Goble <br />Lot Line AdjustmentApplication No. LA -01-86 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br />Development Department on January 3, 2002, which is the effective date of approval. <br />Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br />Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br />This approval will expire on July 6, 2003, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br />unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br />1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Kimberly Wallace, 468-0816) <br />a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Tentative Map <br />dated November 16, 2001. <br />b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br />conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br />exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br />Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br />Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br />Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br />2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (See the attached memo dated December 18, 2001.) <br />3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Seethe attached memo dated December 12, 2001.) <br />
