HUBBARD AVENUE (APN 087-070-29 & 30) PA-0500166 (LA) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers <br /> the following comment as a matter of information for the applicant: <br /> 1. Upon further development, should San Joaquin County require this site to be served by <br /> City of Stockton Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is <br /> consistent with the City's General Plan,the property owner shall be required to apply for <br /> a City of Stockton Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City <br /> of Stockton, or sign a deferred annexation agreement if the property is not deemed <br /> contiguous to the City, and pay the applicable fees. Further, the owner/developer shall <br /> be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of any sewer lateral(s)to serve this <br /> project, as required, to meet City standards. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
