The operation <br /> hips out on average 3 truckloads daily of walnuts to other area walnut processors. The walnut packing operation on average <br /> receives 2—3 truckloads and ships out via containers on trucks 3 loads a day. During the peak of the season <br /> when the walnut huller and walnut packing line are both being operated the property could receive and ship up to 25 loads per day. <br /> In addition to truck activity there will be the daily vehicle trips from the employees coming and going from work and also for lunch breaks. <br /> Once the season is over,all truck activity ceases and 1 employee works at the property. Daily vehicle trips drop to less than 5 per day. <br /> II trucks and vehicle traffic come from the south bound land of Austin Road and make right hand turns onto Hutchinson Road.
