Phase 1,to begin <br /> construction within 18 months,to include construction of x720 SF fumigation chambers, <br /> a 3,000 SF canopy expansion to an existing warehouse building, and a 28,800 SF bio- <br /> mass energy production site. -Phase 2,to begin construction within 5 years,to include <br /> construction of a 256 SF restroom building, a 21,528 SF cold storage building, a 40,000 <br /> SF warehouse building, a 5,600 SF storage canopy, and a 7,200 SF addition to an existing <br /> storage,building. Phase 3,to begin construction within 15 years, includes the <br /> construction of three warehouses totaling 180,000 SF, a 20,000 SF cold storage building, <br /> and a 720 SF fumigation chamber. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July I of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 2. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application.
