Arata Rd
Stockton, CA 95215
Subject: Three Palms Grocery SITE CODE: 1830
6732 Hwy 88
Stockton, CA
As you may be aware the State Water Resources Control Board passed Resolution 2009-0042
on May 19, 2009, that includes a resolve to reduce quarterly monitoring at underground storage
tank cleanup sites to semi-annual or less frequent unless quarterly monitoring is warranted.
Therefore, the sampling of monitoring wells MW1 thru MW5 and the drinking water well can be
reduced to twice a year. Since MW1 thru MW3 are many times dry during the third and fourth
quarters of the year and water samples from MW4, MW5 and the drinking water well have been
non-detect for contaminants, please sample the wells during the first and second quarters of the
year.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (209)468-3449.
Margaret Lagorio, REHS
Program Coordinator
cc: Jim Barton, CVRWQCB
Jeanne Homsey, ATC Associates,1117 Lone Palm Ave., Suite 201, Modesto, CA, 95351
