Three Palms Grocery - 5 - July 2012 <br /> Claim No. 13455 <br /> ATTACHMENT 2 <br /> Historic Recommendations <br /> In May 2008, the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP direct the <br /> Responsible Party submit a Corrective Action Plan. The Fund will review this site next <br /> year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, May 2009, by letter on 4 December 2008, the San Joaquin County approved <br /> soil vapor extraction. The Fund concurs and will review this site next year to track <br /> progress. <br /> UPDATED, May 2010, according to Geotracker, the soil vapor extraction system was <br /> scheduled to commence operation in March 2010. The Fund concurs with the San <br /> Joaquin County LOP that active remediation commence/continue and the Fund will <br /> review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, May 2011, nearly one year of soil vapor extraction has been conducted at <br /> this site and water quality objectives have been achieved. The Fund recommends that <br /> the San Joaquin County LOP review this site for closure. <br /> REVISION, July 2011, new data supplied by the San Joaquin County LOP pertaining the <br /> extraction rate of fuel hydrocarbons by soil vapor extraction, support continued soil vapor <br /> extraction until extraction rates drop off precipitously. The Fund concurs with the San <br /> Joaquin County LOP that active remediation continue. <br />
