A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development for each parcel. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> C. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development for each parcel. San <br /> Joaquin county Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) <br /> 3 . PESCADERO RECLAMATION DISTRICT: <br /> a. The applicant shall provide a 30-foot-wide easement along <br /> the District's drain ditch. <br /> b. Any relocation of the drain ditch shall be approved by <br /> the District. <br /> 4 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. The minimum parcel �-tze is two acres and the minimum <br /> frontage for both parcels is 100 feet. <br /> 5. SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall. defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency r <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br />
