I have provided the following comments to assist you <br /> in the review of this proposed project: <br /> 1 . The proposed Tracy Urban Management Plan designates the <br /> property as Agg - Agriculture, with a 40 acre minimum parcel <br /> size. The existing General Plan designates the land also as <br /> Agriculture. Recreational land uses are allowed for both <br /> plans. <br /> Again, thank you for providing us with the opportunity to respond <br /> to the application.
