No excavation is permitted into the ground water table without <br /> specific approval from the Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region. <br /> b. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into <br /> any water course nor in any way contribute to the pollution <br /> thereof. <br /> C. Provide an approved potable water supply for all employees. <br /> d. Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees. <br /> e.
