CONDITION OF APPROVAL <br /> 23. Extension of Hours: Normal operating hours may be extended if the Director of the Community <br /> Development Department determines that the extended hours of operation are necessary to meet <br /> a specific project's operational need. <br /> a. Any request for extension in the hours of operation shall be made in writing to the <br /> Director of the Community Development Department and include: <br /> (1) The reason for the extended hours of operation. <br /> (2) The hours of extended operation and the days the extended operations are to <br /> commence and terminate. <br /> (3) A copy of the bid specifications, contract terms, or other similar documents, if <br /> applicable. <br /> b. The request shall be approved or disapproved by the Director of the Community <br /> Development Department within three business days following the day on which the <br /> request is filed. <br /> (a) If approved, the Director may impose appropriate conditions on the extended <br /> hours to reduce disturbance to the public or residents in the area of the quarry. <br /> (b) Notice of the approval and conditions shall be sent to all property owners in the <br /> area. <br /> C. The applicant shall reimburse the Community Development Department for all costs <br /> associated with the request. <br /> NOTE: On April 1, 1993, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved the above Condition <br /> of Approval regarding revised hours of operation for QX-84-10. <br /> Condition of Approval - 1 - QX-84-10 <br />
