This gatehouse Is located far enough off of MacArthur <br /> Drive and the ac eels driveway Is long enough to accommodate any vehicles waiting to access the facility <br /> wrkhout having traffic backed.up onto MacArthur Drive- <br /> CERTIFICATION OF THE FINAL EIR <br /> Based upon a prelimitrwy deterrrinatieon that the project had the potential to result in potentially.significant, <br /> adverse environmental impacts, an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was prepared for the project by <br /> the San Joaquin County Community Development Department, under cmr&w to the project applicants. <br /> The ©R addressed the following issues: land uselplanning policy, vegetation and wildlife resources, <br /> trafffc/clrcufatfon, gedogy/geotechnical, water resources, noise, air quality, public services, cuttural <br /> resources,visualfaesMetl s,and public health and safety. No significant,unavoidable, adverse impacts <br /> were identified In the Final EIR. <br /> Hearings on the Draft EIR were held for the public and the Planning Commission on October 27, 1993, <br /> and November 4, 1993,.respectively. No comments on the Draft MR were made at either of these <br /> hearings. AN oral and written comments received during the 45-4ay review period for the Draft EIR have <br /> been responded to and included in the Final OR. Where necessary, the text of the draft document has <br /> been amended as a result of the public review process. Final EIR's were distributed to the Planning <br /> Commission on December 6, 1993, with copies and/or notices of availability to interested persons, <br /> organizations, and local agencies also maned on December 6, 1993. All agencies and persons <br /> commenting on the Draft EIR were also sent responses to their comments on December 2, 1993, prior <br />
