(3 79 1)Emissions source testing shall be conducted with the engine operating either at conditions representative of <br /> normal operations or conditions specified in the Permit to Operate.[District Rule 4702) <br /> 22. (3792) For emissions source testing,the arithmetic average of three 30-consecutive-minute test runs shall apply. If <br /> two of three runs are above an applicable limit,the test cannot be used to dcmonstrato compliance with an applicable <br /> limit. VOC emissions shall be reported as methane. VOC,NOx,and CO coneanhations mall be reported in ppcob <br /> corrected to 15%oxygen.[District Rule 4702] <br /> 23. The following test methods shall be used:NOx(ppmv)-EPA Method 7E or ARB Method 100,CO(ppmv)-EPA <br /> Method 10 or ARB Method 100,stack gas oxygen-BPA Method 3 or 3A or ARB Method 100,VOC(ppmv)-EpA <br /> Method 18,25A or 25B,or ARB Method 100,and particulate matter(gr/dscO-EPA Method 5.[District Rules 1087, <br /> 4203,and 47021 <br /> 24. (109) Source testing shall be conducted using the methods and procedures appoved by the District. The District must <br /> be notified at least 30 days prior to any compliance source test,and a source test plan must be submitted for approval <br /> at least 15 days prior to testing. (3797) The permittee sluell maintain an engine operating log to demonstrate compliance. The permittee shall maintain cumulative annual records ofPM10 emissions from the entire facility,which shall be <br /> updated at least weekly.PM10 etmiasions shall be calculated as the sum of the emissions from each permit unit <br /> emitting PM 10-Cumulative annual records shall be updated at least weekly.For almond processing permit units, <br /> PM10 emissions shall be calculated as follows:(tons of almonds processed)x(PM10 emissions limit,in lb/ton).For <br /> unit N-1337-7,PM10 eatnissiotis.shall be aalculaud as follows:(PM10 emissions limit, in g/bhp-hr)x(derated engine <br /> hp)x(hours of operation).For unit N-1337-8,PM 10 emissions shall be calculated as follows:(PM10 emissions limit, <br /> in Ib/1&Mtu)x(flare rating,in MMBW&)x(hours of operation).[District Rule 2201] <br /> 29.
