Odor Impact Minimization Plan —Compost Facility <br /> Tracy Material Recovery Facility and Transfer Station <br /> 30703.5 MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br /> the County of San Joaquin, California Integrated Waste Management Board <br /> (CIWMB), San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District, and the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> The TMR/TS & CF site comprises a total of approximately 51.7 acres, of which 8.4 <br /> acres are permitted for composting, 15.4 for a transfer station, 15.4 for a material <br /> recovery facility, and 12.5 for land application of tomato waste.
