Dedication to result in a twenty-five(25)foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Mackville Road to <br /> the property line shall be required across the frontage of Parcel 1. Dedication shall be made on the Parcel <br /> Map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 5. The frontage Improvement for Mackville Road shall be constructed with the standards for one half of a fifty <br /> (50) foot right-of-way rural road,prior approval of the parcel map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2 <br /> (d)(3)) <br /> 6. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of <br /> the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each <br /> individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check, field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> aapproval of the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-240, Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92- <br /> 7. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, CalTrans <br /> Traffic Manual and/or San Joaquin County Standards and shall be shown on the improvement plans. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 8. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map.
