i <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1500141 <br /> BORDEN RANCH INVESTORS, LLCISHOUP LAND SURVEYING <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1500141 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on August 28, 2015, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on February. 26, 2017, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a - <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the. Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind-the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording the "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment".
