i <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1500141 <br /> BORDEN RANCH INVESTORS, LLCISHOUP LAND SURVEYING <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1500141 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on August 28, 2015, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on February. 26, 2017, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a - <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff. Corinne.King, [209] 953-7509) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated July 29, 2015. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of ropedYthrow h deeds-by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the. Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development .Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> L c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind-the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording the "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment". The "Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment' shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been <br /> I!� deemed complete. Filing Fees are required for this application. (Government Code Section 51257) <br /> d. LOT WIDTH: The following lot'size and width regulations shall apply: <br /> (1) All Parcels shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet, measured at the front yard setback. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-610.4) <br /> 2.
