(Development Title Section 9-1015.5[c]) <br /> v) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> vi) Truck parking design standards: <br /> vii) Spaces shall be a minimum twenty-five(25)feet in length and fifteen (15)feet in width and shall <br /> have a minimum height clearance of fourteen (14)feet. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6[c]) <br /> viii) Spaces shall be provided and maintained on the same lot as the commercial or industrial use <br /> creating the need therefor; <br /> ix) Spaces shall not interfere with vehicular circulation or parking, or with pedestrian circulation <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.6[c]) <br /> e) ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> i) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h][1]) <br /> ii) The design of the driveway and traffic circulation plan for the site shall be incorporated into the <br /> construction plans. <br /> f) STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm-water drainage created by new improvements shall be <br /> retained on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown <br /> on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be <br /> included. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> g) LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) The existing hardscape design shall be incorporated into the site plan review. This satisfies the <br /> landscaping requirement. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> h) LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> 1) SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six <br /> (6) to seven (8)feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100)feet of a dedicated street or <br /> residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. <br /> (Development Title Section 1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> Conditions of Approval -2 - <br />
