(Development Title Section 9-1015.5[c]) v) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) vi) Truck parking design standards: vii) Spaces shall be a minimum twenty-five(25)feet in length and fifteen (15)feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of fourteen (14)feet. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6[c]) viii) Spaces shall be provided and maintained on the same lot as the commercial or industrial use creating the need therefor; ix) Spaces shall not interfere with vehicular circulation or parking, or with pedestrian circulation (Development Title Section 9-1015.6[c]) e) ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: i) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- 1015.5[h][1]) ii) The design of the driveway and traffic circulation plan for the site shall be incorporated into the construction plans. f) STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm-water drainage created by new improvements shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9-1135) g) LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: i) The existing hardscape design shall be incorporated into the site plan review. This satisfies the landscaping requirement. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) h) LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: i) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) 1) SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: i) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six (6) to seven (8)feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100)feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen.
