These test locations were selected by our Environmental Engineer and are documented on the attached Testing Report. The testing was conducted in accordance with San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health percolation test procedures and witnessed by a Registered Sanitarian from the Department. The percolation test holes were drilled with a B40H Mobile Drill Rig using an eight-inch O.D. solid stem auger to depths of approximately 42 inches for the shallow test borings and seven to twelve feet for the deep test borings. Test hole sidewalls were scarified and sleeved with four-inch O. D. perforated pipe to prevent cave-ins and insure test hole integrity. Gravel was added to the hole bottom and placed in the annular space between the perforated pipe and the bore hole. The test borings were pre- saturated 24 hrs before percolation testing, which commenced on April 10, 1992 .
