[7] LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this Soil Suitability Study are based on current
information with respect to the locations of proposed septic
systems, and the highest anticipated depth to groundwater. In
addition, the results of the percolation testing can only be
assumed to be representative of the specific area subsurface
conditions encountered during the percolation tests. Subsurface
soil structures must be verified during excavation by the designing
Engineer-of-Record for each individual septic system to ensure
leach line, and pit or sump emplacement with regard to the
underlying hardpan layer.
It is our professional opinion that the findings included in this
study are a reasonable assessment of the current subject site
conditions. This opinion cannot constitute a guarantee or
warranty, either expressed or implied.
Respectfully submitted,
QUALITY CONTR INSPECTION, INC.
Don Ch40&77r
es Wry, P.E.
Environmental Eng Division
7
( Quality Control InspKti.
