CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0600099 <br /> Terpstra <br /> Deviation Application No. PA-0600099 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on April 28, 2006. The effective date of approval is May 8, 2006.
