The owner or operator shall prepare a contingency plan designed <br /> to minimize hazards to human health or the environment from fires, explosions, or any unplanned release of <br /> hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water and immediately implement that plan whenever there is a fire, explosion, <br /> or release of hazardous waste which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately prepare a <br /> contingency plan and submit a copy to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class It. <br /> 114 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> Copies of uniform manifests for the disposal of hazardous waste for the last three years were not found on site. <br /> Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility on site for three <br /> years and have them readily available for review.
