The form of the information shall <br /> be such that the user can review the records for a limited geographic area. Records that cannot be feasibly <br /> retrieved by reference to the location of the property or a geographic area in which the property is located <br /> are not generally practically reviewable. <br /> Practice E 1527 - professional guidelines titled: Standard of Practice for Environmental Site <br /> Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, published in May 1993, by the American Society <br /> for Testing and Materials <br /> property - the real property that is the subject of the environmental site assessment described in this <br /> practice.
