Should the San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of Stockton <br /> Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the <br /> City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton <br /> Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, or sign <br /> a deferred annexation agreement if the property is not deemed contiguous to the City, <br /> and pay the applicable fees. Further, the owner/developer shall be responsible for all <br /> costs involved in the extension of any sewer mains to serve this project, as required, to <br /> meet City standards. This may include the extension of the sewer main across the <br /> entire frontage of the property. <br /> 2. The owner/developer shall dedicate and improve Main Street within the limits of the <br /> project as needed to ensure an 80' street section (40' half section).
