The owner/developer should dedicate and improve Del Mar Avenue and Homer Avenue <br /> within the limits of the project as needed to provide for a 50' roadway section (25' half <br /> section). Further, the owner/developer should dedicate and improve Main Street within <br /> the limits of the project as needed to provide for an 80' roadway section (40' half <br /> section).
