The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services(OES)web site'was searched on December 15, L 2005 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject property. No records were found for the subject property by a search of businesses on East Main Street ► Michelle Halliwell of the OES was interviewed as part of a previous investigation in September 2005. At that time,no incident reports were on file at that agency for the current subject property or adjacent properties.' A new request for incident reports was placed with the OES on November 1,2005 as part of this investigation;no response has been received to date. 1 A review of the "Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge" files within one-quarter mile of the L. subject property from 1995 through the present was conducted on November 1, 2005 at the OES.' One notice was found: ir. 1015 S. Carroll 12/27/95 Drug lab discovered at residence L This site is located approximately one-quarter mile west-southwest of the subject property. The responder indicated the possibility of residue remaining at the site after the chemicals and glassware were removed. Due to the location of this case,no impact to the subject property is anticipated at this I time. L. This incident report has been included in Appendix F of this report. �. 3.Z4 San Joaquin CountyAgricultura/Commissioner The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's office10 was contacted regarding use of L agricultural chemicals on the subject property. During our previous investigation in November of 2004, Hazel Gallego of the Agricultural Commissioner's office found records for the subject property under L the name of Victor Rolleri for the years 1999 and 2003. A request was placed with the Agricultural Commissioner's office on November 1,2005 for any additional records available since the date of the previous search;no records have been received to date.
