Permit# : 39-03-3900391 CONDITION - Q L _ DICAMBA AND PHENOXY HERBICIDES - CENTRAL VALLEY/HAZARDOUS AREA -------------------------------- In addition-to all applicable laws, regulations and label restrictions, the LCONDITIONS CHECKED BELOW APPLY to applications covered by this permit. [X] 1 . No ester formulation applications allowed. [_] 2. A smoke column is regired at the application site for all Phenoxy and Dicamba applications by aircraft begining March 16 and continu- ing through October 15. L [X] 3. Do not discharge material more than 10 feet above the crop or target . L [_] 4. A drift reducing agent shall be added to the spray mixture at label rates. L [X] 5. Maximum wind velocity for Phenoxy herbicides 10 m. p.h. {X] 6. Maximum wind velocity for Dicamba - 10 m.p.h. EXCEPT when wind is moving in direction of sensitive crops, the maximum wind velocity - 5 m.p.h. 7. No Dicamba application allowed in the vicinity of sensitive crops L when the maximum temperature on the day of application is predicted to exceed 65 degrees Fahenheit. Predicted temperature for the following day will be determined by the 3:30 p.m. prediction by the National Weather Station - Stockton Airport. S. Dicamba applications by aircraft are restricted to a minimum distance of 2 miles from the following susceptible crops: beans, grapes, Lsunflower, tomato, safflower, curcurbits, potatoes. [_] 9. Dicamba applications by ground are restricted to a minimum distance of 20 feet from the following susceptible crops: beans, safflower, tomato, curcurbits, potatoes and 1/4 mile from grapes and sunflowers.
