Permit# : 39-03-3900391 <br /> CONDITION - Q <br /> L _ DICAMBA AND PHENOXY HERBICIDES - CENTRAL VALLEY/HAZARDOUS AREA <br /> -------------------------------- <br /> In addition-to all applicable laws, regulations and label restrictions, the <br /> LCONDITIONS CHECKED BELOW APPLY to applications covered by this permit. <br /> [X] 1 . No ester formulation applications allowed. <br /> [_] 2. A smoke column is regired at the application site for all Phenoxy <br /> and Dicamba applications by aircraft begining March 16 and continu- <br /> ing through October 15. <br /> L [X] 3. Do not discharge material more than 10 feet above the crop or target . <br /> L [_] 4. A drift reducing agent shall be added to the spray mixture at label <br /> rates. <br /> L [X] 5. Maximum wind velocity for Phenoxy herbicides 10 m. p.h. <br /> {X] 6. Maximum wind velocity for Dicamba - 10 m.p.h. EXCEPT when wind is <br /> moving in direction of sensitive crops, the maximum wind velocity - <br /> 5 m.p.h. <br /> 7. No Dicamba application allowed in the vicinity of sensitive crops <br /> L when the maximum temperature on the day of application is predicted <br /> to exceed 65 degrees Fahenheit. Predicted temperature for the <br /> following day will be determined by the 3:30 p.m. prediction by the <br /> National Weather Station - Stockton Airport. <br /> S. Dicamba applications by aircraft are restricted to a minimum distance <br /> of 2 miles from the following susceptible crops: beans, grapes, <br /> Lsunflower, tomato, safflower, curcurbits, potatoes. <br /> [_] 9. Dicamba applications by ground are restricted to a minimum distance <br /> of 20 feet from the following susceptible crops: beans, safflower, <br /> tomato, curcurbits, potatoes and 1/4 mile from grapes and sunflowers. <br /> [_] 10.
