Each <br /> mobile home unit will be 3,780 square feet and contain two (2)-parking spaces. The project proposes <br /> construction of a 2,500-square-foot office and recreation hall and a 600-square-foot laundry room. A <br /> recreation area of 68,040 square feet is planned. <br /> Primary access to the mobile home park would be via a gated entrance on Caffese Drive, a private road <br /> west of Walker Lane. A gated emergency vehicle access is also being proposed off of Horner Avenue. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Approval.
