PA- <br /> 0500583 OF JOHN CROCE (C/O EAGLE MEADOWS OF EAST MAIN, <br /> LLC) (APN: 173-280-27, 173-290-03, 173-290-04) (ADDRESS: 5382, <br /> 5486 & 5504 EAST MAIN STREET, STOCKTON) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced General Plan Map Amendment pre- <br /> application to amend the General Plan designation of three parcels totaling 38.97 acres <br /> from A/G (General Agriculture) and OS/RC (Resource Conservation) to R/L (Low <br /> Density Residential). The project site contains a single family residence and a barn. <br /> Orchards are located on all three properties. The underlying project is a Major <br /> Subdivision consisting of 185 lots. <br /> The project site is located on the south side of East Main Street, 1,350 feet east of South <br /> Walker Lane, east of Stockton. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed project and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> Surrounding Land Uses <br /> The parcels located on the north side of East Main Street have a General Plan <br /> designation of R/L (Low Density Residential) and are zoned R/L (Low Density <br /> Residential). The property to the south has a General Plan designation of A/G (General <br /> Agriculture) and OS-RC (Resource Conservation) and is zoned AG-40 (General <br /> Agriculture, 40 acre minimum). The properties to the east and west have a General Plan <br /> designation of A/G (General Agriculture) and a zoning designation of AG-40 (General <br /> Agriculture, 40 acre minimum). <br />
