One permit, dated January 8, <br /> 1979,was found for the subject property address of 5113 East Main Street. This permit was for the <br /> deepening of an existing domestic well. <br /> i. 3.1.6 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> The California Department of Oil,Gas,and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR)Wildcat Map#606 was <br /> Lreviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No wells are <br /> depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> L3.1.7 Site Reconnaissance <br /> L A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on October 7, 2004 by Ms. Abigail <br /> Racco and Ms.Rebecca Haskett, and on November 3,2004 by Mr.David Wood. Photographs of the <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is attached 1 / <br /> to this report as Appendix D. <br /> The subject property was observed to be flat and was mostly fallow land except for the area near the <br /> L residence and a small walnut orchard. Several rusted greenhouse structures were observed on the / <br /> subject property near the residence. The property lines to the east, south, and north are defined by J <br /> Walker Lane,East Main Street and Horner Avenue,respectively. <br /> �. A primary residence and barn were observed at the southwest cornet of the subject property. The <br /> interior of the residence was not inspected. <br /> J <br /> �., An above-ground fuel storage tank was observed on the east side of the residence. <br /> A large debris pile,mostly wood and brush,was observed toward the middle west of the property,near <br /> 6, the orchard. Concrete pipe, an industrial drum, and agricultural equipment were observed near the <br /> middle of the property. The industrial drum was old, rusted and perforated. The drum contained an <br /> unknown liquid, likely rainwater. <br /> L <br /> Several large greenhouse skeletons were observed near the residence. Near the greenhouses were <br /> several open, empty, non-labeled chemical containers, herbicide and pesticide containers, and other P <br /> L, agricultural equipment. <br /> A well was observed behind the barn, along with another industrial drum.
