Condition "D" is the one we were speaking about earlier. On the parcel map, we need to see all of the structures on the property, and their septic systems. There appears to be no permits/records on the location of the septic system for the bam/mobile home, on parcel#2. It would be appreciated if you could find any records which may depict the location of this septic system. Also, the revised "Phase One Environmental Site Assessment" states on page 23 that there is an abandoned domestic well on the property; if this is true it would be urgent,per state law (CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE, SECTION 115700-115720), that it be destroyed properly.
