Manila Rd., Lathrop <br /> Land Use Application# PA-04-266(MS) <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Surface and <br /> Subsurface Contamination Report, dated June 25, 2003, prepared by ENGEO Incorporated, and has <br /> determined the following: <br /> The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report has been found incomplete. Please refer to <br /> the attached checklist for items found to be insufficient. An addendum to the Surface and <br /> Subsurface Contamination Report addressing the items found insufficient must be submitted to <br /> the EHD prior to the recordation of the parcel map. Please be advised that any additional time <br /> required to review the addendum will be billed at a rate of$93.00 per hour. <br /> In order to satisfy the conditions of approval under the EHD jurisdiction for this project, please <br /> submit to the EHD those items noted above prior to parcel map approval.
