Environmental liealth Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating the manure waste for this parcel, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage. This must be performed prior to final occupancy approval (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2('d)). A nitrate loading snl(ly is required, and a review <br /> fee of$445.01) must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> (Effective August 1,2003,the review fee will be$465.00). <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or L'.P.A.Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> (Effective August 1, 2003,the permit fee will be$93.00 per percolation hole). <br /> R. The existing private water wells shall be tested fix the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to final occupancy approval. Samples are to be taken and analyzed <br /> by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Devclopment'l'itle, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Cenral Valley Region,prior to Final occupancy approval (Water Code, Article 5, Section <br /> 13280). <br /> Page I of 2 <br />
