The granting of the Deviation is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> i{ fI <br /> r; The property lies within the-General Plan designation for AL-5- This application for a deviation is being submitted to reduce the current 9.68 acre <br /> parcel into 2 smaller parols. The general plan designation provides for 5 acre parcels for limited agricultural use.
