The <br /> property consists of one parcel, Assessors Parcel Number 017-280-10. The current zoning listed <br /> on the San Joaquin County Community Development web site is AL-5. Thep arcel size is <br /> reported as 9.37 on the San Joaquin County District Viewer (GIS System). Currently the <br /> property consists of a residential building, a detached garage/storage building with the remainder <br /> of the site planted to vineyard. <br /> Description of the Proposed Development <br /> The currently proposed development includes splitting the property into two parcels. No <br /> plans are currently proposed for additional building construction on either parcel. A preliminary <br /> map is attached in the Appendix.
