No wells <br /> are depicted on the subject property. <br /> Site Reconnaissance <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted as part of this <br /> Investigation. Photographs of the subject property are attached in the Appendix. <br /> The subject property was observed to be a vineyard with a residence and a detached garage. To <br /> the north of the garage was a covered equipment storage area adjacent to the subject property's <br /> well. The covered equipment storage area was on a concrete slab, no staining was visible. The <br /> onsite well was appeared in good condition and no staining was visible. The remainder of the <br /> property was planted with grape vines. A dirt road rings the site. <br /> One pole-mounted transformer was observed adjacent to the subject property.
