The <br /> property consists of one parcel, Assessors Parcel Number 017-280-10. The current zoning listed <br /> on the San Joaquin County Community Development web site is Al--5. The parcel size is <br /> report' as 9.37 o the San Joaquin County District Viewer (GIS System). Currently the <br /> property consists of a residential building, a detached garage/storage building with the remainder <br /> of the site planted to vineyard. <br /> Description of the Proposed Development <br /> The currently proposed development includes creating a second parcel on the property. <br /> No plans are currently proposed for construction on the new parcel.
