Maximum wind velocities for applications of Restricted Materials unless otherwise covered by the label, law, regulation,other <br /> ' permit conditions or environmental <br /> conditions at the application site are: <br /> a.Spray-12 m.p.h. <br /> ' b. Pellets, granular or baits-16 m.p.h. <br /> 2.No pesticide application shall be made or continued when there is the likelihood of contaminating any persons,non-target <br /> ' crops,animals or other public or pdvate property. <br /> 3. Unless specifically named as a dust on this permit, NO DUST FORMULATIONS are allowed. <br /> ' 4.Apply pesticides covered by SLN(s)and Section 18(s) In conformance with the SLN(s)and Section 18(s). <br /> 5.A flagger Is required at the application site for all AIR applications of Zinc Phosphide bait. <br /> ' Revised 10/90 <br /> B RM Use Near Schools <br /> ' CONDITION B REST. MAT. USE NEAR SCHOOLS <br /> No applications of Restricted Materials shall be made by air or ground within 660 feet of a school In session or when a school <br /> sponsored event is In progress.
