CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-90-32 <br /> CHARLES & MARY STARR <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . A Record of Survey is required . <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 2 . This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A <br /> percolation test and a sewage disposal area as determined by <br /> the percolation test is required for Environmental Health <br /> Division approval . A permit for the percolation tests from <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required. <br /> LIBERTY FIRE DISTRICT <br /> 1 . The Right-of-way shall have a minimum unobstructed width of <br /> not less than 20 feet and turn arounds shall be provided in <br /> all access roads in excess of 150 feet in length adequate to <br /> handle fire apparatus . Vertical road clearance must be <br /> unobstructed of not less than 13 feet 6 inches . Surface <br /> shall be designed and maintained to support the imposed <br /> loads of fire apparatus and shall be provided with a surface <br /> so as to provide all weather driving capabilities as <br /> required by the Uniform Fire Code 1985 Edition , Section <br /> 10. 207 . <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1 . Legal descriptions of the new parcels shall be submitted to <br /> the Planning Division at the same time that the Record of <br /> Survey is submitted to the Surveyor ' s Office. The <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br />
