The California Stormwater Quality Association(CASQA)Best Management Practices Guidelines for Retail <br /> Gasoline Outlets shall be used on this project. <br /> 13. Standard Best Management Practices for Auto Repair Shops shall be incorporated into the site storm <br /> drainage design. <br /> 14. Parking lots storm drainage must be drained through a sand/oil separator prior to discharging into the storm <br /> water retention/detention system. <br /> 15. Future expansion of this development may be subject to NPDES Phase II storm drainage conditions if <br /> boundaries of Phase II Permit Area are expanded. <br /> NOTES: <br /> 1. The site is located on the Preliminary FEMA FIRM 06077C 061OF that is scheduled to take effect in <br /> 2009, and that indicates that the site is in a warning area as follows. <br /> a. Warning: Provisionally Accredited Levee; Accreditation expires on August 23, 2009. <br /> b. Map Note: This map contains levees, dikes, or other Structures that have been provisionally <br /> accredited and mapped as providing protection from the 1% annual chance flood. To maintain <br /> accreditation, the levee owner or community is required to submit documentation necessary to <br /> comply with 44CFR Section 65.10 by the date shown on the map panel.
