The subject property is located within the City of Lathrop's Area of Interest. <br /> 2. The project lies within the North Lathrop Study Area and is subject to the North Lathrop Transportation <br /> fee. The current fee is $1,540.10 per new vehicle trip generated by the project.The Applicant shall pay <br /> the North Lathrop Transportation Fee prior to the issuance of Grading and/or Building Permit at the rate <br /> in effect at that time. <br /> 3. The City of Lathrop requests all storm water be retained on-site. <br /> 4. The City of Lathrop formally requests to be notified if the project is referred to the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 5.
